    This is the worst bank ever,go elsewhere!!!!I had a check sent from them from my money its been 2 weeks!!2 weekssss I still don't have my check and I only get bla bla blaaa,GO ELSEWHEREE!!!!these people are crooks!!!

    Absolutely the worst customer service I could ever imagine getting from a BANK! Are you serious?? Like wow my mouth was on the floor from the 3 lackluster "employees" that were there and visibly not doing a thing, all sitting on their hands waiting for the clock to strike 5 so they can go home. I called at 4pm to ask the requirements of a new personal account, was told the info and I asked if it was easier to come in vs online. Was told ether works but if you come in, we close at 5. Nothing else was said, esp a time frame of which I obviously needed to know about bc I decided to go in person vs online. Entered the lobby with 20 til 5pm on the clock and was told literally no, it takes to long and we close at 5, come back tomorrow. I'm not even gonna go into the banter that was between us after that, just know I own my own buiz and if any of my employees acted like this toward a potential new client they would be fired immediately. There's no EXCUSE for the blatant pure laziness that was on display at this location. These employees and management should hang their heads in shame.

    Noemy Gonzalez and Dave Harris were an absolute dream to work with regarding our commercial loan. They were so helpful, and despite all the setbacks, eager to work with us to close the deal. They never gave up. Dave always had a solution and was quick to reach out to us. We're a small, family owned business and it was refreshing to work with someone who treated us like friends and neighbors instead of just another account. Thank you so much Noemy, Dave and the First Citizens family. We are excited to continue this relationship with First Citizens Bank in the future.
