  Please avoid this location. The branch manager (Carlos E. Gort) is useless. He will not be able to help you in what you need. He will use false excuses in order to avoid serving you as you deserve. Horrible service!

  Just the other day I went to Citibank and was having such a stressful day, i mean honestly the worst day ever... I needed information on how to open a credit card account and what I needed to qualify. Im not going to lie, I came into this branch with attitude, and was NOT having it. However the young gentlemen, whose name I will always remember, Kleber Oliveira, helped me out SO much. I mean when i'm telling you my frown turned upside down, it's not just a metaphor, it was real life being attended by this employee! He was so attenuative, funny, and extremely helpful. This guy should be the face of Citi Bank. Im so happy to have had a good experience and be so well informed! Thank you Kleber! You are the greatest

  They moved from 7300 North Kendall Dr. to the Pinecrest location next to Burger King. Yes the set up inside looks good. But what kills it is the customer service personnel after you walked inside the bank. I'm less than five feet away from them. And I can hear them badmouthing customers. Makes you wonder if you're next in line to be badmouth, once you walk out of the bank.
