  did not ask if I wanted large bills or not for withdrawal of $2600. (gave back $1000 in twenties) Teller said that was what was in their drawer.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter went into a Wells Fargo branch today to cash a check, only to be told that it was “flagged” for some reason. She politely asked for the check back so she could take it elsewhere, and they told her “okay.” What they didn’t bother to mention was that they had already printed on the check — voiding it out completely. When she went to another bank to try to cash it, it looked as though she was trying to cash the same check twice. She was completely humiliated and made to feel like she was attempting something fraudulent when she absolutely was not. The entire situation was caused by Wells Fargo’s lack of communication and care. To make matters worse, after the fact, they told her that she could come back and they could place a sticker over the barcode they printed — something that’s apparently supposed to be done if they’re unable to cash or deposit the check. That sticker would have prevented this entire situation. But by the time they mentioned that, the damage was already done. Because of this ordeal, my daughter had to cancel her dog’s emergency surgery and reschedule her own medical procedure that was set for Monday. This has caused her stress, embarrassment, and emotional distress that could have easily been avoided if Wells Fargo employees had simply handled the situation properly from the start. We will absolutely be contacting the corporate office, but I wanted this review to serve as a warning to others: this was unprofessional, careless, and completely unacceptable. Wells Fargo, you owe my daughter an apology and accountability for the chaos you caused. Do better.

  Worst customers service ever, confusing and disrespectful! I guess because we are Asian and they looked down on us..? They hesitated to serve us even thou we are banking with them! That’s why their rating was so low…🧐 Seems like they didn’t give the craftttt about their customers!

  My father and I have a small business that were using Wells Fargo for and we ran into a growing pain that we needed direction and assistance for. We made an appointment and met with "Melissa Rojas Pacheco" a banker at this branch and PHENOMENAL is only word that will describe our experience today... She was educated on the subject of what we needed, gave us options to chose from and even patient enough to walk us through the necceasary workflow needed to get it done. I wish EVERYONE could experience this level of professionalism when taking care of business, and if I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again!
