    Horrendous! First they called me only giving me 10 days saying they were closing my account. 2. Then when I went to the bank to withdraw my funds they refused to give me my money and I had over $1,000 in my checking account. It was a nightmare. It took me almost 4 hours to withdraw my funds. I had to go to 2 different branches to finally get my money our! 3. They closed my account on the 29th of the month which didn't allow Social Security to deposit my check into my account. I still haven't gotten my check due to this problem. It has been very traumatic to say the least.

    RESPONSE TO WELLS: I wish Wells cared this much prior to my leaving the bank. It's after they lose a long time customer that there's concern. I don’t intend to waste my time reaching out to explain anything. I've moved on. Maybe the bank should send out independent surveys when customers leave in order to find out why but they don’t care. MY INITIAL REVIEW: Do yourselves a favor. Stay away from all Wells Fargo banks. Seriously flawed in their customer service and banking in general. I've been with them for at least 20 years and they've done nothing for me. When I decided to finally break free from them, the attitude was not to let the door hit me on the way out. Good riddance.

    Absolutely horrendous experience after denying to let me have any access to the money inmy bank account. They tried to say I had said it was because of my amount of disputes and pending transactions that weren't listed yet, but the money had already been removed from my account. It was horrible because I am insulin dependent diabetic and without food I could die. They offered me no solution but to come back in 24hrs. But when I called the call center they said my debit card was closed and I would have to receive a new one in the mail. That wasn't acceptable. I would never bank with this company ever again. Not having access to my funds is mandatory and to hold it is illegal.

    I have never accomplished any of my banking here. My husband called the bank beforehand to ask questions because of the size of our deposit... no one ever answered the phone X multiple tries. So drove down to the branch to make a VERY LARGE deposit... the woman made my husband stand and wait for approval before refusing our deposit because "we don't have a manager here today." What bank won't accept any deposit? The woman he spoke to was rude and snipy. Think twice about using this poorly managed branch.
