My 80 year grandmother has been banking with BB&T/Truist for over 30 years. She was locked out of her account for over a week, called this branch multiple times….& they told her she had to physically come into the bank to get everything unlocked.
Took my grandma to this location where the lazy branch manager then refused to help her in person as well. Amanda Mitchell the branch manager is a joke. Unprofessional & rude.
Looks like we’ll be moving all her money to another institution since this location/ branch is SO unprofessional! Horrible Customer Service!! Branch Manager took full advantage of my elderly grandmother & was no help whatsoever, all while raising her voice at wealth management customers!

I was there just last week on Thursday on alcaniz and made a deposit in what I was told I had a savings account and the teller said the funds would be available the next day which was Fri. Went back Friday to make a withdrawal. And the teller then told me the funds wouldn't be available until next week on 13 of May then I called the customer service number and was told that the account is going to be closed. This is unacceptable you took my checks and now you're holding my money why? For what when I have bills to pay. This is NOT OK. I was even thinking about opening a checking account here. But I definitely will not at this bank. This is the reason I never trusted banks. I see why they only have one banks all the rest of them are closed permanently should have did my homework before I dropped off my checks here. I will get an attorney if they don't release my funds. I advise do not bring your business here. It's not worth the hassle when you do banking here. Take your business elsewhere. I sure will. Very disappointed ☹️ in this bank. I would give this bank 0 stars if that was an option. This is absolutely the worst experience in a bank ever that I have ever dealt with

I used to have an account with this company. Had I read the Better Business reviews, I would have NEVER opened an account here. They cost me way too much money with their accounting system: debits always post before deposits (except cash). Almost all of my deposits were electronic so I would find my account in arears, even though the deposits were showing. Very deceitful. If this company were to go bankrupt, it would not hurt my feelings.
