- HMHailey Moore3 days ago1.0Predatory lending practices. I will be filing grievances. I have paid religiously on my car loan and you guys added 1300 to my car loan without notifying me. I only found out when I attempted to pay off my car loan. I have been jumping through hoops trying to get this rectified and I have essentially been told "there's nothing we can do." This place does not care about its members.

Ms. Moe (Moniesha, I think), in particular has gone above and beyond to assist me on two separate occasions recently. I simply can not say enough good about her. Today Ms. Tiffany delivered excellent customer service as well and was instrumental in resolving what could have been a devastating situation for me. Both of them were understanding, empathetic, while remaining completely professional. Thank you and Well done!

She not only disputed the charges, she gave me a new debit card and a debit card for AMAZON/WALMART purchases ONLY!!! Game Changer. She was knowledgeable and helpful. This is what customer service looks like. I will always be grateful. Thank you PenAir for this EMPLOYEE!!!

I have received very good customer service here the whole time. Miss Carrie has been most helpful during the last few years with various inquiries of mine. Whether it's tracking down past transactions or providing everyday customer service with a smile, she is always helpful with a pleasant demeanor. I can't thank her enough for her assistance with my banking needs. Having worked multiple customer service positions in the past, I always appreciate finding someone that does it well.
