- BLBetty Lacy1 day ago5.0Car city Pen Air branch has the best service for customer service. You get to do your transactions with a live teller. Dislike using the ATM's and the "boxes" you talk into in a lobby and the people around you can hear you. I like Corry Station branch also has excellent service. Same reasons. Human contact and more personable experience. I like my transactions safe and lobby transactions are not!
- HMHailey Moore3 days ago1.0Predatory lending practices. I will be filing grievances. I have paid religiously on my car loan and you guys added 1300 to my car loan without notifying me. I only found out when I attempted to pay off my car loan. I have been jumping through hoops trying to get this rectified and I have essentially been told "there's nothing we can do." This place does not care about its members.

Stacey, one of the personal bankers at the 9 Mile branch, was by far one of the kindest people that I have encountered in a long time especially in customer service and hospitality. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient while answering all of my questions. She made a genuine effort to create a personal connection and truly exceeded my expectations. I was also very pleased with the new extension of the branch—it was simple, clean, and welcoming. I left with everything I needed taken care of, as well as a new personal banker I look forward to working with in the future for my banking needs. Thank you Stacey at Pen Air off 9 MILE :)
