- HMHailey Moore4 days ago1.0Really unacceptable and predatory lending practices. PenAir added 1,300 dollars to my car loan without notifying me. I found out when trying to pay off my loan. I provided so much documentation and wasted so much time with them, for them to still tell me that I cannot be refunded a portion, that I truly believe is owed to me, as I as never received anything in writing regarding required insurance deductible limits. I will be following up on this and filing formal grievances. I will also add that I called 6 months ago upon receiving a letter from PenAir asking for updated insurance, so I immediately called upon receiving the letter and provided all of this information to an employee of PenAir. I was told I would hear back - I never did. The employee, Day, informed me when I discussed my concerns and previous call, that they do not keep records of calls and that I would have to provide this information over again, which took a great deal of time and effort. I feel this organization is very disorganized and has zero accountability to its members. I had been planning on paying off my loan and opening new accounts with PenAir but they can rest assured they will receive no additional business from myself or my contacts after this fiasco. Considering how many financial institutions there are to choose from, you would think they would like to set themselves apart and keep business but it is clear they do not care and we are just numbers to them. I would stay away from this place. They will not just cost you money, they will cost you time and stress as well.

She turned something stressful into an actually fun and memorable experience (which was quite unexpected for banking).
