My daughter and I arrived today as walk in’s at 10:30 am and Giselle told us there was an appointment and we had to wait until 11:00 am and then wait another 10 minutes as a grace for customer service and we waited 40 minutes then an older couple arrived and she said they have an appt an 11:30 so they are early and we have to take care of them so we can’t take care of you ! This horrible person Giselle asked me and my daughter to leave the bank after waiting 40 minutes with the excuse we close any 12:00 and we can not take care if you ! So who are we ? Aren’t we customers and deserve respect and service! As I say Giselle Ruiz has no consideration or respect for people’s time I have 3 bank accounts at Wells Fargo and convinced my daughter to open an account today just so she can have the worst experience we had at Wells Fargo in. The hands of Giselle Ruiz what a disgrace!
