    My father wrote me a check they didn't cash it made me wait 30 minutes outside 30 minutes inside online and then they said she had to get approval made me wait the extra 30 minutes no approval I went I picked up my father who is on oxygen we went back through drive thru at 12:04 and she said bank closed really difficult really nasty people that dont want to help. I would give them and their employees a fat zero if I could

    Bank employees seem to forget there are customers base service, any time we need to do anything they point you to the atm or they want you to use the app. If you want helpful customer experience, this is not the bank for that.

    The Operations Manager at Wells Fargo refused to release my own money to me. I felt disrespected, dismissed, and treated unfairly. As a customer, I should not have to fight to access my own funds. This type of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a management position, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I expected accountability and support, but instead I was denied the most basic service a bank is supposed to provide. I filed a formal complaint.

    I don't understand why this branch is only taking appointments. I needed to get something notarized and was told only by an appointment. I ended up going to a credit union down the street and got what I needed. It is ridiculous that you have to have an appointment at Wells Fargo. It is one of the largest banks in America. Just horrible!!! The worst customer service ever!!!
