- NBNikki BootsAug 20, 20251.0The Operations Manager at Wells Fargo refused to release my own money to me. I felt disrespected, dismissed, and treated unfairly. As a customer, I should not have to fight to access my own funds. This type of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a management position, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I expected accountability and support, but instead I was denied the most basic service a bank is supposed to provide. I filed a formal complaint.
