- KGKerry G2 days ago1.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1985 in Minnesota. I have had savings, checking and mortgages. Customers service is typically much worse in South Florida so I don’t have very high expectations. I came in to get a quick notary and after waiting 15 minutes was told to come back in 20 minutes bc both notaries were busy in the back. We came back in 30 minutes and waited another 10 minutes for Stephanie to wait on a person that got there after us and then said she would get to us. She didn’t and worked the lines even though there were two or three other people there. All the people in line came in after us. I then waited in the lines to see if she would wait on me and she said to wait even more. Stephanie, I know you were working hard, but please remember to focus on customers who came in first. It was very frustrating and I am likely going to change banks after so many years.

I had a fantastic experience opening my account thanks to Matthew. He was professional, witty, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with a personable touch, but Matthew absolutely delivered. Highly recommend working with him if you’re visiting the Pembroke Pines branch! Thanks again Wells Fargo Bank!

- KKKMar 23, 20231.0They have the worst customer service. From waiting for a teller, in the drive thru or a mortgage representative. The waiting is not the issue (the main one at least), it’s the lack of communication and attitude. WHY DONT YOU EVER PICK UP THE PHONE! Nobody is that busy! Even flannigans who has more customers than you can pick up.
