- KGKerry GNov 22, 20251.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1985 in Minnesota. I have had savings, checking and mortgages. Customers service is typically much worse in South Florida so I don’t have very high expectations. I came in to get a quick notary and after waiting 15 minutes was told to come back in 20 minutes bc both notaries were busy in the back. We came back in 30 minutes and waited another 10 minutes for Stephanie to wait on a person that got there after us and then said she would get to us. She didn’t and worked the lines even though there were two or three other people there. All the people in line came in after us. I then waited in the lines to see if she would wait on me and she said to wait even more. Stephanie, I know you were working hard, but please remember to focus on customers who came in first. It was very frustrating and I am likely going to change banks after so many years.

I had a fantastic experience opening my account thanks to Matthew. He was professional, witty, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with a personable touch, but Matthew absolutely delivered. Highly recommend working with him if you’re visiting the Pembroke Pines branch! Thanks again Wells Fargo Bank!

- TSTracy SantanaMar 20, 20241.0I came in with a smile and cheerful to deposit a check into my joint custodial account with my daughter, however, my cheerful mood was quick depleted as the teller Diane (a) started interrogating me as if I'm a criminal. She even got the manager who came out to from behind to size me up. This is the worst I've been treated at a bank institution and quite honestly, I will return with my daughter to close out our account. Additionally, Diane lied to me when I asked her about depositing the check through the app. She lied saying that the check cannot be deposited through the app because it has to be verified... I know it can be deposited through the app because my daughter and I have done it in the past... what a shame to have employees at a banking institution with such poor integrity!!
