  Exceptional Experience Thanks to Mikesha Murray at TD Bank! I don’t often leave reviews, but my recent experience today at TD Bank absolutely deserves recognition and that’s all thanks to Mikesha Murray, Assistant Vice President, Store Manager From the moment I sat down with her, I felt at ease. Mikesha carries herself with such professionalism, and warmth that it instantly transforms what could be a routine banking task into something memorable and reassuring. She took the time to walk me through everything and no detail was overlooked. But what truly stood out was her spirit. Mikesha has a rare way of making you feel like you’re more than just a customer, like you matter. In a time where genuine, human-first customer service is hard to find, she embodies it effortlessly. By the time we finished, I wasn’t just happy with my decision, I was relieved, grateful, and confident that I made the right choice in banking with TD. Mikesha extended herself beyond the appointment, letting me know she was available if I had any questions down the line. That kind of care can’t be taught, it’s who she is. If you’re opening a new account or need support with anything at TD in Pembroke Pines do yourself a favor and visit her branch. She’s the standard of excellence and her team embodies the same principles.

  Genuinely one of the worst TD bank locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a reoccurring customer at this branch specifically for over 5 years. I recently lost my wallet which had my identification card in it and I was told by the assistant manager that there is nothing she could do for me, even if I am a loyal customer for over 5 YEARS. She wasn’t willing to compromise at all. I assured her that I had a photo of my ID (front & back) I also have my work ID, medical cards, yet she told me that my account will be frozen. She let me know that I have 30 days to “create another account” or else my account will be dismissed. TD Bank is willing to let their customers go homeless rather than assuring that their needs are met professionally. Worst BANK EVER! Do not make an account with this bank let alone this branch.
