Mikesha carries herself with such professionalism, and warmth that it instantly transforms what could be a routine banking task into something memorable and reassuring. She took the time to walk me through everything and no detail was overlooked. But what truly stood out was her spirit. Mikesha has a rare way of making you feel like you’re more than just a customer, like you matter. In a time where genuine, human-first customer service is hard to find, she embodies it effortlessly. By the time we finished, I wasn’t just happy with my decision, I was relieved, grateful, and confident that I made the right choice in banking with TD. Mikesha extended herself beyond the appointment, letting me know she was available if I had any questions down the line. That kind of care can’t be taught, it’s who she is. Stood there for over 20 minutes and not a hello we will be right with you in a moment, NOTHING! I know everyone is short Staffed but having the common courtesy to address someone that's one of the reasons why you get a paycheck there (i.e. customer with a business account) should be done. They need to re-evaluate what customer courtesy and service looks like, because they totally lack that there. Let's just say I'm taking my business elsewhere!
