I had to drive to an entirely different TD Bank and they gladly helped me with enthusiasm. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or laziness but this branch has to get it together .This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem.
- JTJine TMay 31, 20251.0Worst customer service ever . TD bank located by the the Pembroke Lakes mall . TD bank clearly states the bank is open until 2 and even 10 minutes after they can still service their customer . However the employees at the Pembroke lakes mall make their own hours . They do not attend to customer at the drive thru. I arrive at the drive at 1:46 until 2 pm no acknowledgement when there were employees inside they can clearly hear the drive thru bell rings. My reason for using the drive thru was because my card was locked unable to use ATM and needed to do a quick withdrawal for an emergency… Very upsetting . I will be filling a formal complaint .
