Every staff member I interacted with was kind, friendly, and professional, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely deserves five stars!

I needed my money and they didn't give it to me until the next day because the manager wasn't there...he was on vacation..and they didn't have anyone to replace him....there was no one available to solve my problem. In contrast, i had the same problem with Bank of America and they solved it in less than 10 minutes....they have excellent service , it's the best bank. It's unbelievable that Citibank does not have the necessary staff to solve problems. Citibank is just a name because the service is so bad.

So went thru the 800 and ask the employee at the 800 number if they branch offer temporary check and the 800 said yes and put me thru the branch. Spoke to Camilla and she says no I informed her the 800 number said they do . She said no and would not check with anybody else. Called the 800 number again (got a different representative)and they said it could be done they don’t know why the branch said no. The gentleman at the 800 number was kind enough to help us.
