- ACAnamaria Cordero1 day ago1.0These people have basically stolen my money. I can not use my account they keep extending the closure date. I have not had access to my funds since 11/13/2025. These new people in that bank i do not know where they have come from but the not from here. The are robbing the people. I have emailed made phone calls asked them to close the account immediately and nothing. These people are in town to commit robbery. I have never seen anything like this in my life.
- JPJulie PerezDec 30, 20251.0Had made an appointment but received a call that the appointment had to be canceled and I would have to switch to another time. I had no problem with that but when I arrived for my new appointment turns out the person who we had the appointment with had called in sick. Once again being understanding that someone was sick I waited the extra 30 mins to be helped by someone else. There was only one guy working which may god bless his soul because he had to take all the appointments. My issue is when I called to ask if what I wanted to do could be done I was reassured 3 times that I could do it as long as I make an appointment. Which come to find out could not be done at all unless I opened a whole new account which i’m not doing especially with this bank. Terrible time management on their part. Angela on the other hand was so kind and so respectful!

She printed everything out, explained and made me feel comfortable in the knowledge. She did so with a professional and kind attitude, I am extremely grateful today to know. The Information she shared with me is correct and concise. If I have business to do again with Wells fargo, I hope I do hope I can work with Ms Wells again.
