She printed everything out, explained and made me feel comfortable in the knowledge. She did so with a professional and kind attitude, I am extremely grateful today to know. The Information she shared with me is correct and concise. If I have business to do again with Wells fargo, I hope I do hope I can work with Ms Wells again.

Dont you ask him anything without a appointment or he will tell you you will sit there all day and only help you when he feels like he might have a minute and that may be next week. So if the end of the day rolls around. To bad, you should have a appointment to see your money. This place is a joke!! And the manager is as unprofessional as they come. We are now closing our accounts due to this.
