I spent none of the money there was no reason for the account to go negative when I tried to contact customer service they were closed ... If I didn't have other accounts I'd be so screwed beware they are sheisty and do not care about you or your money RUN DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY

But things are such different! Staffs are rude and don’t know what they should do. They keep having me back to branch because every time they’d miss some documents. Their credit card application center don’t have people to translate for non English speakers and they do not accept their families to do that. Awful!!!
