    Run far away I deposited a check in a new savings account in which they held for days then when the funds were released they put another hold on the check and then took double the check amount out of my account making the account negative the amount of the check .... I spent none of the money there was no reason for the account to go negative when I tried to contact customer service they were closed ... If I didn't have other accounts I'd be so screwed beware they are sheisty and do not care about you or your money RUN DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY

    My daughter can not deposit cash in my account for me. They will not accept cash deposit unless she is on my account. I'm looking for a new bank now.

    worst service ever had. I have account in TN and people are professional and friendly here. When we started the business in Panama, I chose them again. But things are such different! Staffs are rude and don’t know what they should do. They keep having me back to branch because every time they’d miss some documents. Their credit card application center don’t have people to translate for non English speakers and they do not accept their families to do that. Awful!!!

    Can’t get anyone on the phone. They allow Zelle transfers and then I get an overdraft fee when the money was there!!!
