Run far away I deposited a check in a new savings account in which they held for days then when the funds were released they put another hold on the check and then took double the check amount out of my account making the account negative the amount of the check .... I spent none of the money there was no reason for the account to go negative when I tried to contact customer service they were closed ... If I didn't have other accounts I'd be so screwed beware they are sheisty and do not care about you or your money RUN DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY

Fees are getting higher and service slower. The branch in Tallahassee was much better than the PC branch. I will look for a better bank in the PC area.

Visited the remote ATM in Lynn Haven. Put $800 cash into the ATM only for it to malfunction keep my money and not deposit into my account. Filed a claim and after a month and a half Truist tried saying I only put $53 into the ATM and refusing to do the right thing even with admitting they could see the ATM show a malfunction after my deposit and coincidentally the cameras couldnt see anything either according to them. Customer service was less than helpful and now Im out $747. I would not recommend this bank to anyone anymore, if I could give zero stars I would.

I attempted to make a simple transaction, and Mary said she couldn’t help me cause she’s BBNT. At Suntrust? Refused service. The teller that helped me was nice and efficient though.

I wish i could give zero stars. They are a sorry excuse for a bank, I started an account then they allowed me to put money in the account then claimed fraud and took all my money! You will be hearing from my lawyer soon!
