- HGHeather GriffithJul 5, 20251.0I got there right at 5 pm to the drive thru just before the 4th off July so they would be closed for 3 days after, the teller had one other car and I asked her if she could make one deposit for me which always only takes them a minute if that and she just kept saying “we’re closed” where they hell is the customer service these days, this bank is horrible, not the first time I’ve had trouble, they have deposited my money into the wrong account before and basically told me it was my problem !!!

People are really nice here , but I wish they have more employees to help customers, and separately for business, it’s 3 cashiers and 2 banker , most of the time bankers on a lunch brake , had to drive on thomas drive brunch to make a wire transfer
