- DKDaniel KirkDec 11, 20251.0This bank never has enough help. Drive-through closed down over half the time usually only has one maybe two people trying to work walk-ins and the drive-through. Wells Fargo needs to step up the game.
- CAChris AtibDec 2, 20251.0I came into this Wells Fargo branch at 23046 PANAMA CITY BEACH PKWY to open a new checking account and take advantage of an attractive promotion. The lobby was completely empty, and there were several staff members present, including the branch manager, Faith. I was told to wait five minutes, which I did—then was asked to wait another five minutes. In total, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no progress, even though I had made it clear I had places to be. What was most frustrating is that there were employees available, but I was told they could not assist me because they were not “bankers.” For a customer simply trying to open a new account, this felt unprofessional and extremely inefficient. Unfortunately, my time was completely wasted, and I had to leave without being helped. This is not the level of service I expected from Wells Fargo, and it’s disappointing to see such a lack of urgency and customer care in an empty branch.
