I've been a member since 2002 and I must say that Wells Fargo has outstanding number one customer service for starters and secondly banking with Wells Fargo I couldn't be happier with a bank that I have 24/7 365 access to a human for my personal bank account or any issues that I might have I can contact Wells Fargo at anytime day or night. I absolutely LOVE that feature and no wait times to talk to a representative either maybe exception of a few short minutes to be transferred otherwise top notch in my book. I highly recommend using Wells Fargo for your all banking needs. Outstanding customer service support among awesome online banking features too!
