    I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem—until I visited this location today. At other branches, the cashiers have always been professional and helpful. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The staff was incredibly rude and unmotivated. I was asked to come back twice over an issue that could have easily been resolved on the spot. It felt like they simply didn’t want to do their job. One woman with grey hair was especially lazy and dismissive—she even talked while spitting my items back at me. Completely unprofessional behavior. I ended up going to a different Wells Fargo branch and got everything taken care of without a problem. Clearly, it’s an issue with this specific location. Based on the 2.5-star rating, it looks like I’m not the only one with complaints. If you value your time and want your issue resolved the same day, do yourself a favor and avoid this branch. They will make things harder than they need to be. Management seriously needs to step in.

    I simply needed a paper notarized. I looked at bankers just sitting in cubicles while I waited, the receptionist lady told me allbankers were busy but the store manager was in a cubiclee by himself. Im still sitting here over 30 minutes waiting on a Friday how is there only one active banker honestly tired of Wells Fargo poor customer service and might go elsewhere.
