- EEEJMar 27, 20251.0Had an incident here today when trying to cash a check, and then deposit some of the cash into the account. Instead the employee deposited the check but there is no record of a deposit in my account. The manager was very unhelpful. Was unable to buy asthma inhaler because of it, explained that to the bank manager when I went back. The manager's response was I took too long to try to buy the inhaler and come back and there was nothing he could do to help. So now I have no asthma inhaler at all because of the incompetence of an employee and a manager that refused to help. I think it's time for a different bank, I would not recommend this place. If my money does not appear in my account I will take legal actions.

- NNNicoleJul 31, 20241.0honestly from the moment I opened an account here specifically about a year ago to my latest interaction today I have made the choice that I will be closing my account with this banking institution. by far the worst with customer service. not sure how you have ONE banker working at a branch when basically any little thing needed to be done in the account requires one. the cashier is basically useless. Appts welcomes walk ins are going to wait and wait . It’s upsetting having to wait for the “branch manager” to become available as he also doubles as a banker. Take your money and go anywhere else.
