Natalie provided great customer service today squeezing us in between her appointment times when we didn’t have one because it was urgent. The tellers are also always friendly, and Wells Fargo as a bank itself has been good to me and even helped me during a case of scam through ZELLE, who refused to do anything for me and Wells Fargo stepped in and sent me a refund. I’m happy with this bank and my local branch.

You would think after all the problems, fraud, and general malfeasance perpetrated by these robber barons, they would start treating their customers a little better. By the way manager man just because you work at a bank doesn't make you a banker. I sell sporting goods, it doesn't make me a second baseman for the Ray's.

Prior to Wells Fargo taking over Wachovia, I had heard good things about Wachovia, Wells Fargo continues that customer friendliness with sincere excellent service based on Henry Wells' philosophy which is posted above the tellers' window (Ridgemoor Branch), and strengthened by today's W-F bank leaders! This is the first bank (of four banks in my immediate area), since moving to Florida four years ago, that has truly met my needs: friendliness, sincere outstanding service, and hours of operation/accessibility. Very much appreciated! Thank you!
