- GSGeorge ShalabyMay 17, 20241.0I was the only customer inside. 20 minutes for a simple deposit and a card payment, then left without even doing my card payment. The slowest customer service ever; everyone is new and needs other managers to review and approve their work. Just a waste of time.

Natalie provided great customer service today squeezing us in between her appointment times when we didn’t have one because it was urgent. The tellers are also always friendly, and Wells Fargo as a bank itself has been good to me and even helped me during a case of scam through ZELLE, who refused to do anything for me and Wells Fargo stepped in and sent me a refund. I’m happy with this bank and my local branch.

You would think after all the problems, fraud, and general malfeasance perpetrated by these robber barons, they would start treating their customers a little better. By the way manager man just because you work at a bank doesn't make you a banker. I sell sporting goods, it doesn't make me a second baseman for the Ray's.
