I had unfortunately lost my debit card and had come in with little time on my lunch to rectify the situation. Aaron immediately approached me upon seeing I didn't need general banking assistance and offered his help. He was very professionally dressed, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Aaron immediately verified my identity and address and sent a new card my way, which arrived in about 5 days, and provided me with a temp card. He thanked me for my time, as I did his, and gave a fantastic experience. As a cherry on top, one week later, I've received a personal follow-up call from Aaron himself, something I've never experienced with any bank ever. Though it was just a small experience it was well executed and Aaron should be commended for his efforts. Thank-you!
