During this time, I have consistently experienced excellent service and reliable support, which is why I chose Truist for my business banking as well. When I opened my business checking account at the Palm Harbor, Florida branch, I worked with branch manager Sandy Wassen. She made the process seamless—professional, precise, and approachable at every step. Her communication was clear, her demeanor was friendly, and she treated me as a valued customer from the very beginning. Sandy has been consistently thorough, patient, and supportive. She never made me feel rushed, overlooked, or pressured. Instead, she created an environment of trust and safety—something especially important for me as a first-time small business owner. Whenever I’ve reached out with questions about business or personal banking, she has always taken the time to provide guidance, which has given me the confidence to focus on running my business knowing my finances are in trusted hands. As a new entrepreneur, I feel truly supported by Truist, and especially by the Palm Harbor branch. I only go in there when I have to which is not that often and they are always rude. Should have fired those old Suntrust employees after transition. Evidently no one reads the reviews or cares because this branch and Tarpon branch have super low ratings and the same people are still there. Dear Truist, how many customers are you losing or failing to attract by keeping rude employees?
