During this time, I have consistently experienced excellent service and reliable support, which is why I chose Truist for my business banking as well. When I opened my business checking account at the Palm Harbor, Florida branch, I worked with branch manager Sandy Wassen. She made the process seamless—professional, precise, and approachable at every step. Her communication was clear, her demeanor was friendly, and she treated me as a valued customer from the very beginning. Sandy has been consistently thorough, patient, and supportive. She never made me feel rushed, overlooked, or pressured. Instead, she created an environment of trust and safety—something especially important for me as a first-time small business owner. Whenever I’ve reached out with questions about business or personal banking, she has always taken the time to provide guidance, which has given me the confidence to focus on running my business knowing my finances are in trusted hands. As a new entrepreneur, I feel truly supported by Truist, and especially by the Palm Harbor branch. Spent 20 minutes trying to get someone at the branch to answer the phone just to get wiring instructions to receive funds from a real estate transaction. Then to be told they were too busy and I would have to call back. It's understandable to wait for service but not to be spoken to in a manner fraught with rudeness and frustration.
