Service is a thing of the past here. Is this the new norm? Customers should not have to do all the legwork for a bank holding their funds personally AND corporately. This location should be willing to offer solutions, information on who to work with at a peer location and be a source of convenience not a burden to their members and so quick to "pass the buck". I was just clearly reminded today as to why I moved a huge portion of my assets months ago to South State Bank and to Bank Ozk.
