Are they using older reviews from other locations for this one? Many of us use the reviews to accurately judge banks and location credibility, and this specific location lies, and manipulate their reviews. The app is really glitchy and has issues. Currently Zelle is down… the people on the phone sound lazy, and aren’t helpful at all. Not a horrible bank, but I’d look somewhere else

I opened accounts at this branch because the previous manager was very involved with the community. When he moved to a different role within the company I was not thrilled. It's never fun getting used to a new person. But Alejandro has exceeded my expectations which are already very high. He truly cares about his customers and he is also involved in our community. It's a bank that knows who you are, and they really want to make things easier. He is amazing. He makes you feel like they want your business. It doesn't compare to the big banks that you need an appointment just to talk to them. His door is always open and he will answer the phone! Yes it's true a human answers the phone. His coworker Andrew is also very helpful and easy to work with. My teen girls were able to open accounts with no experience. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.
