- BBBob3 days ago1.0Not about the branch, about the company. They are assessing 'below minimum' fees and late fees and have only contacted me about this with a threat of collections. Why verify my phone email and physical address if you don't use them to contact me? These people are THE WORST AT CUSTOME CARE AND SERVICE and I will tell everyone I know to not do any business with this bank whaysoever due to their shady practices. I closed my CC because they gave me $2,500 credit when my other 3 cards are $10k, $15k and $25k lines. THIS IS HOW THEY RETALIATE. BEWARE OF TRUIST SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES
