Tracey Estrada was one of the first tellers i met and she made me know i made the right decision. I am disabled and she went out of her way to help me. She is friendly, knowledgeable, fast at her job, and just awesome. Next I met Diamond Burns when she was training. I believe i was one of her first customers. I knew from that first experience she was goung to excel. She was incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. It was fun watching her get awards and such through the years to show how valuable she is to Suntrust. The last teller I met when she first started is Brttany Ray. She is a bolt of sunshine in that place. She makes everyone feel special while doing her job correctly and fast. She remembers details about her customers like for me she always asks about my kiddos. These 3 ladies all are still there and simply amazing. This branch would not be the same and would not have half the customers it does without them. I highly recommend this branch. If you go in say john sent you.
