- RRRE-REJun 16, 20251.0I walked into this branch and needed only one document notarized which would have taken all about 5 minutes. I was greeted by a gentleman and a suit stated that he had a 2:00 appointment. And then another Banker stated she was waiting for her 2:00 appointment. At this time it was 1:40 p.m. The man chewing on gum said that he was unable to notarize the document the female in the office asked me if I would want to make an appointment to notarize a document which would only Take less than 5 minutes to do. I said and waited until 2:15pm. Neither, person had an appointment show up. They both were dismissive and seeing that there was more than ample time before either of their appointments. This could have been done. But I'm not too surprised with Wells Fargo Bank.

I went right across the street and they more than accommodating. They have been wonderful to work with since.
