- DDD “HC” DrakeMay 16, 20252.0As of 5/10, the level of service has declined. I was put in a Premier Box, and Karen delivered. But when she left, no one called to let me know. Branch managers both on Worth and West Palm either don't exist, in a peptual meeting, and or do not get messages to return a call. Request are simple, but it seems as if staff at these locations offer Walmart service. We do miss First Republic . Whether on line or via the call center, I wish they stop pretending to be Citigold in it's heyday .Kudos to new hire Coty, professional and articulate, trained by another bank,
