- DMD MichaelsDec 11, 20251.0Branch manager today 12/11/25 today was very rude and unhelpful. Her name was either Patricia or Felicia (she wouldn't repeat it when I asked) ). I was inquiring about having a simple $100 (yes $100!) transfer reversed and she refused to do it. Patricia (Felicia? 😂) said she would rather close my account instead of reversing a $100 transaction.

And there's easy parking at the rear of the building. I opened up a couple of accounts, using a bonus promotion, and they handled the process so well, warning me that it would take some time (I was on a midday break from work), but it really didn't take any more time than at other banks. Kudos to Alexis, Cheryl, and the teller (whose name I regrettably don't remember)!

The excuse given was that company is fairly new and no bank account activity in Florida. It turns out that is NOT accurate. I have another business account for same company at another Florida bank. I guess small business is NOT their business at all
