- RHRhonda HetrickDec 7, 20241.0It's posted on the ATM that this locations ATM will be closing soon. Now I have nowhere in my neighborhood to go to a Wells Fargo since promenade plaza closed. And I'm certainly not driving all the way down Northlake so that I could park and walk up to the ATM on Northlake. It's insane that this doesn't even have a drive-thru ATM. I keep seeing these pop up kiosks in random plazas for Wells Fargo atms. They want to all of a sudden charge more for Banking fees and then they close all these locations. After 25 years of being with Wells Fargo, I think I've had enough. Sayonara Wells Fargo

I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer basically my whole life via Wachovia. I’ve honestly loved being a client of theirs and frequent this location for deposits and what not. The tellers have always been very nice and efficient. I don’t know why but it felt like it would bum me out to see a one star review for my work so wanted to show them some love this morning!
