  Had my account frozen due to "inactivity" I do make deposits and pay bills using the account monthly. Not sure what other activities I should be doing with my bank account. Told I need to come into reactivate account. This must be the only place asking people to enter their establishment instead of doing this by phone during a pandemic.

  Awful service. They’re talking with each other. Don’t care person is waiting for something. Better to go to military/northlake branch.

  The service at this branch is awful. I really hope the managers take note of their google reviews. I will not return to this branch. The customer service is worth zero stars. The tellers can say three phrases. "She doesn't know how to do that." "Hold on!" and "I'm not sure how that works." Really a shame!

  I like the branch. But the employee walking around with her child was letting her yell at my service dog the entire walk up and while we waited in line, all while not reading my Service dogs vest that says "do not touch working service dog" then asks me if her daughter can pet my working dog that must not be distracted because she is a medical alert dog. I would of thought employees would know better than this. I never would understand why someone feels the need to touch a dog that aids to someones disabilities. If I would of had a seizure at this time and gotten hurt she would have been responsible.... after I told her im sorry she cant be pet while working she gave me a dirty look. Never will be coming to this branch again.
