He didn’t let me finish my sentence, on what I had to say. Dear Truist you should really look into who you hire. Diego Lezcano was fired from Bank of America for being rude to clients.
- LALiz AFeb 27, 20221.0We opened our accounts with SunTrust at this PGA location with Diane Mitchell. It's been one of the worst banking experiences we've ever had. And the transition to Truist has been a chaotic nightmare. Diane failed to tell us the bank was going under. Diane was not forthcoming about account fees and is manipulative every time we attempt to seek help. Now that SunTrust no longer exists, the transition to Truist has been nothing but hassle. I would say do not bank with SunTrust but they've sunk their own boat. The experience with Truist so far has been awful. So probably don't bank with Truist either. There have got to better options for your money than this.
