- JSJeff SchmidtSep 12, 20232.0This branch is a waste of time. Opened account, signed deals, next day they closed it. Opened the same at the bank next door and no problems whatsoever. Wasted 1 hour here.
- DFDanielinal FernandezJun 22, 20232.0Bait and switch. Open one type of account, next day they call you and unilaterally renegotiate the whole deal. If you don't like it, it's $25 to close the account within 90 days of opening.

My husband banks with center state bank, we visited this location and my husband went to the atm machine to withdraw some cash, when he put his card in the machine it completely shut off and took his card we wait 45 mins the atm came up and said it was offline so he called customer service because it was a Saturday and there not open. The customer rep told my husband there was nothing she can do til Monday. How inconveniences we hadn’t checked into our hotel and the card we use for the hotel and other reservations for the trip was use on that card and we where not able to present which cause additional problems throughout the trip. Not to mention if we didn’t have other moneys because now we can’t get anything off this card. And to top it off the customer service rep advised him to put an hold on the card til Monday so that if it comes out the machine no one can use it. Monday comes we go and they retrieve the card from the machine but guess what can’t take hold off so now he have to wait for another card!!! It’s 2018 come on the should’ve been able to give him a card right there for all the inconvenience we experienced. And they said that was a new machine, had to be a joke the machine looked ancient!!!! Horrible
