- VVVictoria M (Vic)Dec 26, 20251.0I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! So, I am writing this on behalf of my mother because I am beyond furious at how she was treated. My mother and I live 3 hours away from a citi bank, so she had to rent a car to get there. She was late picking up the car due to my vehicle losing a tire on the way to work and so made her late to her appointment. She had called ahead to let them know but no one would pick up the phone at the branch. She calls customer care and then is placed on hold until they drop the call on her. And when she gets there, no one is willing to hear her out. The man named Fredrick was rude and basically did not want to do his job to help. Telling her she has to reschedule when SHE DROVE 3 HOURS to get to this appointment. I’m at a loss of how rude and disrespectful by both the employees and by the manager there. I don’t care for the reasoning or the business excuses, when my mother calls me bawling her eyes out in frustration, that is where I draw the line. I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company. It’s no wonder this branch alone has such a low rating and why there are none in Jacksonville anymore.

My CD got auto-renewed, while I have been mentioning several times about the fact that I would like to set up a separate order. No where in the email communication that he mentioned about the auto renew policy until when it's too late. Very disappointed.
