- SOSteve OkalyApr 14, 20255.0i had woke up to an email saying i had a negative bank balance due to a horrendous system error; long story short i spent hours on the phone in the morning and early afternoon trying to get to the bottom of an issue. i’ve been with wells fargo since 2010, i’ve experienced a handful of major issues, this was going to be my final straw. samantha, the bank branch manager was able to go above and beyond through customer service and handle my emergency with sincere care and my account is now in normal standing. i only post reviews when it’s absolutely necessary. samantha, you get 6 out of 5 stars, thank you very much.
