3 customers in a row walked in and upset with how the representatives handled their situation. I think that explains enough. I wasn’t helped I was asked to come back Monday. Go to another Truist bank these people are clueless.

This location is terrible! I was trying to explain my situation to the teller behind the counter and the other lady who was working kept inserting herself and telling me they couldn’t help me and that I have to call their number which to remind you I called that number and they told me to go into my local branch and when I did this was the worst experience not very good customer service I took my business to the one on alafaya and they helped me immediately and gave me information on my account ! Beware of the older lady with black hair who is a teller she will just yell and talk over you if she can’t help you.

Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP.
