I was trying to explain my situation to the teller behind the counter and the other lady who was working kept inserting herself and telling me they couldn’t help me and that I have to call their number which to remind you I called that number and they told me to go into my local branch and when I did this was the worst experience not very good customer service I took my business to the one on alafaya and they helped me immediately and gave me information on my account ! Beware of the older lady with black hair who is a teller she will just yell and talk over you if she can’t help you.
