- RWRandy WoolfeOct 27, 20221.0I was hoping that I found a bank that was on the ball but, they dropped it on me big time. After contacting the branch in Ormond Beach about doing a HELOC loan, in a first mortgage position and speaking to the branch manger/loan officer several times about the loan parameters, spending 4 hours going through the application in detail and gathering all the information they wanted, they then tell me the can't do the loan. She made up some excuses as why because, of the bank risk and the interest rates, blah blah blah, when in fact the reason why she could not do it, was something that I told her up front. That is, it was to be a first position loan, on a condo as a second home. Well they don't do that as I found out after speaking to another banker with the same bank. Go figure.........................

I always visit on Friday and usually have some of my grandkids with me and they always give them lollipops, even on occasion when I don't have them they send some along for me to take to them. It's a great bank to do business with. I travel from Bunnell to Ormond because I don't want to switch banks. Brandon is a wonderful asset to this branch .

Guy name GARY is complete IDIOT... won’t answer anything direct.. always find excuses. I opened acct in 2010 in a location and now that I moved so I go to my nearest location for deposit and things of that nature but branch manager in my nearest location said I have go to the one I opened my acct with if I have any problem. Are you kidding for real !!!?????so if I opened acct in FL and moved to ny I can’t go to ny location???? Branch manager MARK in Ormond Beach location is a PUNK... heard this is not the first time he told customers to do this kind of work. He is a SHREWD LIAR. Have both personal and business acct with Trustco I guess they don’t need my business. F**** off.
