    I've been with SunTrust now Truist for 8+ years now. Since the merger into Truist customer service has disappeared and the fees rain from the heavens with no remorse. I've been waiting for over a month for my new debt card to come after I had to cancel the last one. First called the fraud line. Which is recorded gave my new address etc. They didn't put in my Appt# 10 days later go to my local office at ormand beach. Again they send a new card. Wait 2 weeks. Go back up there. My address is still wrong. I received 2 over draft fees in the month I've waited for my new card and I asked about and was waved off with sorry can't help you. Friends have told me to leave Truist because it was collapsing. I see why. Will be looking for other banking services moving forward.... Utter shame. SunTrust was such a a friendly customer forward banking institution.

    Have been banking here for years , now they want us to "make an appointment like you do with a Doctor" !!! In am sorry ?? I have to make an appointment to do business with my money ? Wow going to loss my personal and business accounts if this is new policy ! Chasing me away !!
