(If anyone knows synchrony back, you know why) We went in without an appointment, we waited about 15 minutes because other customers came before us. When it was our turn, we were pleasantly greeted by one gal who was very enthusiastic. But, Mark's problem was not her expertise. She sent us to the manager who was the same happy, enthusiastic gal who treated us like we were always their customer, friendly and comfortable to talk to. She gave us a lot of information and pamphlets that Mark can use for his professional business. He will go to a few banks for their information and decide which bank is for him So far, Truist is #1
