- MSMichael SotoNov 7, 20255.0I visited two locations. The first one on Narcoossee had a very kind representative who referred me to the branch on South Chickasaw Trail. Unfortunately, at that location, I didn’t receive any assistance and was made to feel uncomfortable and unimportant. Later, I visited this branch, and Indas Glaides went above and beyond to help me and made me feel truly valued and respected. Same brand, but two very distinct levels of customer service!

They were very professional, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and clear explanations. Great customer service!

This bank has no one to greet you no sign in list. I literally stood in the bank 30min before I was greeted. My appointment was at 11am I didn’t get seen until 1hour after my appointment I will not be visiting this location again. No customer service no smiles no nothing ! Just people that don’t want to be here!

I have multiple accounts, including business and personal with Wells Fargo locations but no one treats the customer as horrible as this location. They are too busy with their own conversations to take care of customers. They get annoyed when you ask them a question. The minimum wait time is 30 minutes. They have no value of peoples time.
