- JJJessApr 5, 20251.0I came into this location at 10:30 am, only to find the lady that apparently works there sitting down by the door that is customer seating tell us that they can't help us add a joint account holder. Not only did i see all the financial advisors there, but they had no one in their offices. They were all just sitting around. Horrible service! If you have banking needs, don't go to the Lake Underhill branch, they clearly don't like to do their JOB! I worked in banking and adding a joint person to an account is one of the easiest things to do. Disappointed.

And the lady was just there looking at her screen not even moving the mouse or keyboard. Wasting time then left for the bathroom to come back 10 min. Latter zero out of 10 with costumer service please go somewhere else. also I whent on a Thursday. Not even Friday or Saturday because I expected a lot of people that day it was just me in the waiting room. Just terrible.

Bankers keep saying there is appointments and we can’t take care of anyone after 4 pm. I arrived at 4:30 to do a wire transfer, bank was empty and no-one helped me. Management at this branch is terrible. Someone should be making sure services are provided until closing time.
