- WFWesley Fe3 days ago1.0The Teller yvette was not friendly at all ! Giving me a hard time about my last name ! Actually started smirking when i was explaining my last name even further not taking my explanation of my last name called someone about it ! So ridiculous! Now about the bank , i was cashing a check of around 3k and they charged me $10 dollars to cash the check and had the nerve to offer me to open a account with them ! Unreal

I was visiting from out of state and had the unfortunate circumstance of losing my card, hence, access to funds, or any pay apps associated with them. My friend and I, conferred and inquired with the associate, (Yvonne/Yvette), I cannot recall as I was more concerned with navigating the situation. Disappointingly, I was met with condescension, rudeness, and unhelpfulness. I expressed the gravity of the situation, and individual could care less. She suggested, "I call my bank, to see if they know me..." My associate, whom I visited with clearly knows me, and I'm prepared with a bank account and routing number for my home bank to move funds from. Inhospitable and has no interest in customer relations. Poor service.
