Ive never used a wells fargo before and Most of the reviews arent great but its across the street an i figured it give it a shot. So I was in a bind. Im from out of state an I needed an account here immediately so I can transfer money.. Alessandra Monroy set up my account and even helped me navigate through my other bank app as well as the wells fargo app to transfer my money. She was extremely helpful and professional. Alof of people I guess have had bad experiences here but my experience was 10 stars. Thank you for all you did Alessandra! 🙂
