- SLSam LopesMay 7, 20251.0Went to the Wells Fargo at 4876 S Apopka Vineland Rd and spoke with Branch Manager Carlos Enrique Tirado. I had a check on hold and he had the power to clear it but refused—said he didn’t feel comfortable. Then he shoved a paper across the desk and pretty much showed me the way out. What’s the point of having an account here if they make it hard to receive checks from other banks?
- VTValerie TverbergFeb 17, 20231.0I’ve banked at Wells Fargo for 36 years, this is by far & away the worst branch! No one greets you, they do everything they can to look the other way! Stopped there Wednesday 2/15 & waited for over 15 minutes because the gentleman she was helping had some issues. One woman employee walked past me three times & never said ‘it’ll just be a minute’ or ‘hello’ nothing! When I did get up to the teller she was very pleasant. They now have shut down their drive through so it’s really inconvenient. I’m sure it won’t be long before this whole branch is shut down.
