I had a check on hold and he had the power to clear it but refused—said he didn’t feel comfortable. Then he shoved a paper across the desk and pretty much showed me the way out. What’s the point of having an account here if they make it hard to receive checks from other banks?

The tellers are extremely rude , I am not expecting them to greet me with rainbows but these people are just rude and when asked about something they give an attitude. If you ask them for the manager , you can see that’s where the attitude comes from. The manager was even worse than the tellers.
