From the moment I interacted with the GM (whose name I unfortunately did not catch, but he sits in the back corner office), the experience went downhill. Instead of professionalism, I was met with belittling comments, a disrespectful attitude, and an air of arrogance that made it clear he had no regard for customers. What was most disappointing was not just the lack of basic courtesy, but the way he made me feel as though my concerns and time didn’t matter. No one should leave a business feeling talked down to or dismissed. There are plenty of other places where your money, time, and respect will be valued — I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
