I visited this local branch recently, & the experience was absolutely terrible. I ended up calling to file a complaint. Someone named Allyson later called to apologize for the poor service & behavior I encountered. When I returned to the branch to resolve the issue, I was surprised to meet the actual manager.. completely different from the person I dealt with the first time. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve. I had to go back again, & this time the interaction with the teller was just as bad.. if not worse. I left the branch even more frustrated & had no choice but to file another complaint. I’m shocked at how poorly the team at this location works together, & even more disappointed by their lack of basic customer service. If this is how they treat long-time customers, I can’t imagine how they treat others. Someone needs to address the issues at this branch. I’m now actively looking to move my banking elsewhere. After three bad experiences in less than two weeks, it’s clear this isn’t just a one-off issue. We all deserve to be treated with respect.. especially by the institutions WE TRUST with our money. Please don’t respond with a generic apology. Just look into your complaints at this branch & start doing better.
