    I visited this Wells Fargo branch today and had one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered at a bank. The associate who assisted me, Dansice Dixon, displayed an alarming lack of customer service from the moment I arrived. She was abrupt, dismissive, and consistently provided information that was not accurate or aligned with Wells Fargo’s own guidelines. Even more concerning, she refused to open a business account for my company without any valid justification. Immediately after leaving this branch, I went to another Wells Fargo location — with the exact same documentation — and my account was opened in minutes. That alone proves that the issue was not my paperwork, but her attitude and unwillingness to help. Throughout the interaction, her behavior was unnecessarily rude and came across as prejudiced from the instant I walked in. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially in a financial institution where professionalism and courtesy are supposed to be standard. This employee should absolutely not be working with the public. Her lack of respect, poor communication skills, and inability to provide correct information make this branch a terrible reflection of what Wells Fargo claims to represent. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect to be treated with basic dignity and professionalism.

    I live local to this location the past ten years, this is my nearest WF. I do not understand why THIS location has SO MUCH TROUBLE with keeping the ATM's functioning. 1/3 visits here I find the ATM's not fully functioning. The other nearest Wells on Curry Ford NEVER has ATM issues. The BOA down the street from this location NEVER has issues. It's very, very frustrating & quite frankly it seems inexcusable, it's a stupid problem to have but WF on Orange & Michigan seems to enjoy having it.

    Absolutely terrible service came in to simply cash a check. Stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes before I was helped. Definitely other people here looking around doing nothing.

    Had a great experience albeit an indirect journey. I needed a business account set up and called WF number and of course sent to a call center (Orange Ave branch didn’t answer the phone). I still had to make appointment online and nope, couldn’t do it that day, so I made it for the next day. First available appt was 9am so I chose that slot. I arrived 8:52 and the doors were locked. I’m not sure who decided that making appointments at the same time the bank opened was a good idea, but hey, wasn’t me; I wouldn’t be that stupid. I knocked on the door and got no response. I looked around for a place to wait, but there was none, so I sat on the curb. While I was waiting, I thought I’d call TD Bank to see how their process was. I got the actual Orange Ave (Orlando) branch and a real live person answered. David Ault invited me to their bank and I readily accepted. I got up, walked to my vehicle and proceeded just a few blocks north where I was greeted with a smile and a welcome open door. At 9:08, Wells Fargo calls and reminds me of my 9AM meeting and asks if I’m coming. I kindly let them know I’d been there and the door was locked and no one let me in, so while I sat like a curb hobo, I found a different bank right down the road that was glad to have my business. She informed me that they didn’t open until 9AM, which I’d already learned while curb sitting. The lobby hours were posted eye level. Chances come along at different times and if WF had opened their doors, I probably would have gotten the same customer experience I’d already received from them. Thanks WF for giving me the opportunity to travel just a few blocks to TD Bank with doors open wide for my business. You are appreciated. Not sure how you will stay in business with that level of service, but that isn’t my problem either. Thanks again!! Have the day you deserve!!!!
