  I always get the best customer service at this branch and my visit today 12/8 was no exception. The female teller whose name I forgot was very polite, helpful, and quick. There is always a line at this branch as it’s at a convenient and busy location, and I know they could use more staff which is out of their control, and they are clearly serving each and every customer as fast and efficiently as possible and constantly checking on those waiting without letting customer service suffer. I made an appointment today and met with Woodson Vixama who was an absolute delight! I was updating my last name and he explained everything very concisely and made genuine conversation with me. I had my documentation the email reminders told me to bring and Woodson made quick work of completing the process and verifying all documentation required. It was more like chatting with a friend than visiting a bank for administrative errands. As a former Wells Fargo employee of 8 (almost 9) years and customer even longer, I must say that Woodson Vixama is a great addition to the team and I bet he deserves a raise!!!

  I visited this Wells Fargo branch today and had one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered at a bank. The associate who assisted me, Dansice Dixon, displayed an alarming lack of customer service from the moment I arrived. She was abrupt, dismissive, and consistently provided information that was not accurate or aligned with Wells Fargo’s own guidelines. Even more concerning, she refused to open a business account for my company without any valid justification. Immediately after leaving this branch, I went to another Wells Fargo location — with the exact same documentation — and my account was opened in minutes. That alone proves that the issue was not my paperwork, but her attitude and unwillingness to help. Throughout the interaction, her behavior was unnecessarily rude and came across as prejudiced from the instant I walked in. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially in a financial institution where professionalism and courtesy are supposed to be standard. This employee should absolutely not be working with the public. Her lack of respect, poor communication skills, and inability to provide correct information make this branch a terrible reflection of what Wells Fargo claims to represent. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect to be treated with basic dignity and professionalism.
