- CBClayton BenjaminMay 6, 20151.0I entered this branch with lose change that I wanted to deposit. I was told that I had to roll the lose change on my own and then could deposit it. I have been a customer for 14 years and the customer service here was very poor. When I explained that my home bank counts it for free and adds it to my deposit, they stated no Wells Fargos in Orlando have coin counters, handed me the rolling papers and put me in a room to stuff my own rolls. When I asked for assistance in the process, I was told that no one could help me. I was visibly upset and the branch manager was rude, discourteous and aggressive with me. Needless to say I left the branch with my change in tote and will be switching my accounts to TD Bank where they value customers. Additionally, I called the customer service hotline and was told the branch broke Wells Fargo policy and that it is official Wells Fargo policy that they must offer assistance in rolling and counting lose change. Overall, do not bank here.
