My wife, who is 9 months pregnant, had to wait in line for quite a while while several employees stood near the teller line just chatting with each other. No one acknowledged her or offered any help. It’s really frustrating to see that kind of disregard especially when a visibly pregnant woman is clearly waiting for assistance. Definitely expected better.
