  Not surprised to see bad reviews on this branch location. This explains the reason why a officer is on duty at this location, reps must upset there customers.

  Ridiculous, you can deposit thousands of dollars via business account. However can not cash a check thru the same account..?! Heading to Bank of America now.. Ridiculous!!

  I went to this location and explained that I was a motorcycle rider and lost my wallet. I had my college identification and my social security card with me and they still refused to let me in my account. They said they needed a government issued ID. How if I just explained I lost my wallet? Then when I called corporate they said it was at the bank's discretion due to fraud and it was for my security. If you ask me this bank dosent live by their motto "courtesy ".!

  I really feel robbed buy Wells Fargo Bank I have money in my checking account to cover a bill that was being taken out of my savings account instead of them taking the money from my checking account they hit me with a $35 overdraft fee when my insurance company try to retrieve payment again they hit me with another $35 fee when I transferred the money into the account to pay the bill I called customer service to which they were no help at all they tell me that they will give me a one-time courtesy return on one of the overdraft fees so they sent you is just giving me my money back well that didn't happen instead they returned $35 back which was basically 25 because I was still $10 in the hole in my savings account so this since you only gave me back $25 and they took $40 from me I'm really unhappy with this company I really don't like banking with them I've had a very bad experience with them I feel like they basically just took my money and instead of paying a bill out of my checking account which is where most of my money if they chose to not pay it and it went to $35 fees to which only got 25 but in actuality because as soon as they put the $35 in my savings account it immediately took 10 out don't bank with Wells Fargo. Anyone phone Wells Fargo Corporate Office would like to contact me regarding this matter please do so cause I really feel like your company has robbed me they took my money didn't pay my bill then they said they wanted to give me this one time courtesy of wiping out of sea witch they did not give me all of it that they only gave me 25 of it that somebody contact me so we can get this matter resolved because I'm really really unhappy.
